Advisory Board Cybersecurity SATW

The Advisory Board Cybersecurity SATW advises the SATW office on technical issues relating to cybersecurity and on the strategic directions of the priority programme. At regular intervals, it provides information on new, relevant topics within the priority programme, indicates concrete fields of action for SATW and suggests measures. It thus contributes to preparing Switzerland in the best possible way for threats from cyberspace.

Cybersecurity Thematic Platform

The Cybersecurity Thematic Platform is a network of experts that is particularly active in the field of early technology identification. The members of the platform identify new technological developments and point out fields of action and consequences for Switzerland. They are also involved in SATW projects that contribute to greater resilience in Switzerland towards cyber risks.

Cooperation to protect Switzerland

SATW works closely with federal agencies, associations and companies to improve protection against cyber attacks in Switzerland. In 2018, for example, it launched the Cybersecurity quick check for SME together with various partners and updated it roughly two years later. In 2020, SATW launched the Swiss version of the GCA Cybersecurity Toolkit For Small Business together with ICTswitzerland and the Global Cyber Alliance (GCA).
